Our Story

More than 30 years ago, Ann Warren founded Lowcountry Billing Services with a simple but powerful goal –  to support EMS providers with billing services they could trust. What started as one woman’s vision has grown into a family-owned and operated company serving counties, municipalities, and private ambulance agencies across South Carolina.

From the very beginning, we’ve listened closely to what our clients need — to stay compliant, to get paid, and to have a partner who treats their priorities like our own. That’s why we structure our team around the full billing cycle, address issues proactively, and stay closely involved at every level of performance.

For us, it’s not just business — it’s personal. We treat our clients like family, because we understand the weight of the work they do. When you serve your community with urgency and care, you deserve a billing partner who shows up the same way.
